Erika Lee Houle has been writing and editing professionally for 10 years. She lives in Los Angeles, CA, where she graduated from the culinary arts program at the Institute of Culinary Education with highest honors and went on to work at Hollywood’s three-Michelin-starred restaurant, Providence. Her work has appeared online and in print at LA Times Image, W Magazine, Cultured, Editorial Magazine, Elle Canada, The Bittman Project, and more. She’s currently the managing editor of the skateboarding and photography publication, 2001 and open to freelance assignments covering art, culture, fashion, food, sports, and more. Formerly, she was a senior editor at SSENSE, where she wrote about everything ranging from succulents to style hacks.
